For the beginner

If you’ve never dived before but are curious about it? Then the Introduction Dive also known as DSD (Discover Scuba Diving) is right for you! Under the professional guidance of Tug Divers instructors, you will take a look underwater and have an experience you will never forget.

At the beginning of the dive you will of course be explained your diving equipment and how to start using it. Then it’s time to get in the water. The instructor will explain how everything works after which you will quietly begin the dive.

We had a great time taking the PADI Open Water Diver course, learning how to dive with Jason and Randy. They were excellent teachers, both patient and knowledgeable about diving. We always felt safe and learned a great deal.The classes were engaging and fun. We experienced some amazing dives, observing beautiful fish and reefs.Jason and Randy’s passion for diving is evident, and it enhanced our experience. They shared fascinating stories and provided useful tips for continuing our diving journey.Overall, it was an awesome experience! We not only learned a lot but also had a great deal of fun.

We did 2 dives with Adrian and 4 dives with Fernando. I was newly certified and was so lucky to have Fernando teach me so much. He was terrific. The diving is out of this world with wall reefs and visibility over 100 ft. We will certainly be back.

Was in Curacao off a cruise ship from 7:00am to 3:00pm. Arranged a private dive with Epsilon. I opted for a one tank dive due to the time limitation. Yeitson was very accommodating and professional. The dive experience was excellent. They picked me up near the port terminal and dropped me back off in plenty of time.We did a shore dive. Parked about 20 yards from the shore near Tug Boat Beach. Under the dock was a 40′ chain about 5″ in diameter to descend about 40′ to a salvage ship. Continued to a wall and down about 50′ to a shuttled tug boat. The visibility was crystal clear about 100′. The water temperature was about 85 degrees. Saw a variety of fish. Great dive. Highly recommend them and will use them again.

Fernando y Yeitson ofrecen excellente servicio en español, english, papiamento and dutch. They offer excellent service. They are professional divers with 40 years experience! They provide personal attention matching your level of certification and experience. I am an older diver and they facilitated my diving…pure enjoyment! Very good, new equipment of top brands and quality. Padi certified. Completed an Enriched Air Diver especialty. I learned a lot! I liked their philosophy: easy going, no rush dives and You are the focus of their attention. Prices are very good and shop is located INSIDE the Acoya resort making it very convenient. Recommended! The beach is “nothing” and the view of the oil platform is a bit Mad Max-likeBut the snorkeling spot is even better.Large schools of fish around and in the boat.

The shore is primarily rocky with limited sandy space, and the lounge chairs appear quite dated; unsure if they’ve been recently upgraded. There’s an onsite restaurant, and the snorkeling experience is enjoyable, featuring vibrant fish and the fascinating sight of a tug boat. Caution is advised due to occasional jellyfish presence; I’ve experienced a painful sting before due to my strong allergic reaction. Entry is free, but there’s a fee for lounge chair rental.

I think it’s great if you only go diving, but if you don’t then you will be looking at this huge oil rig eyesore the whole time during your beach time.

The BEST place to snorkel and see the marine life. With a boat wreck as a treasure at the end.It is possible to do it without the fins, as there is no strong current or surge.

Very cool snorkeling around the tugboat! The fish and wildlife are the same that you see everywhere else. The beach is small, with some lounge chairs you can rent, and you can get a drink, snacks, or paint drift wood. We just went snorkeling and left, there are better beaches to lounge at, but definitely recommend getting in the water! I recommend stopping at Fort Beekenburg for a quick walk around on the way

Nice little beach on the end of a road. Little shack selling snacks and drinks. Plenty of chairs to lounge on. A lot of snorklers and divers here to look at the underwater features. Fun addition if you are artistic. They have driftwood you can paint yourself.
